Dogfighter on Sale for $1.50

October 26, 2010 1 comment

I totally forgot to post this the other day. Dogfighter is on sale on Steam for $1.50. You cannot beat that price.

Dogfighter is a 3d third person arena airplane combat game. There are a handful of maps with tons of different weapons and power ups. The developers have been very community focused and added many community requested features. Definitely worth the try, I mean, what else are you going to spend $1.50 on? A candy bar? Oh please.

Quick Understanding of Block Extrusion, or Q.U.B.E, is a short 3D platformer. (It only took me about 20 minutes to finish) The focus is on the player’s ability to extrude cubes within the environment to get to the next area or solve a puzzle. If you liked Portal, then this is worth your time.

Puppy Games Bundle [Game Sales]

October 22, 2010 1 comment

Thanks to Twitter, I’ve come across a rather secret bundle. Puppy Games is is currently selling a bundle that includes their three previous titles; Ultratron, Titan Attacks, and Droid Assault for only $5! Each game is $20 by themselves so this is a steal. Be sure not to miss out on these fantastic retro games.

To get to the bundle, just visit or one of the dedicated pages for the games listed above, and a banner should appear with the sale. I couldn’t find any hard links to the bundle, thus “the secret bundle”. If you don’t see the banner trying refreshing or clearing your browser cookies and what not. Just get the bundle before the sale ends!

Take a Walk

Take a Walk is a loosely-based rhythm game and platform hybrid. Your character has the basic walk forward/back and jump with obstacles that you must avoid. The music that plays in the background is timed to when the you should jump to avoid the objects and collect the notes. You’ll only notice it if you really pay attention to the music. If you continue on without stopping birds appear and increase your score. A very relaxing and intuitive game I must say.

Nanopath was just released on Armor Games. Your goal is to set a path for the little orb to follow, avoiding walls and enemies. It is quite an interesting little game mechanic.
